Boogie at Sidmouth

Sidmouth, England : Distance Travelled = 66,127 miles

Hello!
I've come home from Detroit now and I'm on tour in the campervan. My family and I are down on the south coast at the Sidmouth Folk Week. The first part of the week was spent running around all over the place, my paws hardly touched the ground. It was very very rainy, I hid in the van most of the week, so as not to get my fur all wet. We try to be ecologically sound and have a solar panel, you can see me checking it's ok (on the one day that we've had with sun so far!) You can also see one of the venues, a long steep walk, but worth going up there. Another update soon, (as long as it's not raining). I fancy trying some morris dancing, I wander if I can find a morris dancer that will show me how to dance?

Boogie at Lydford Gorge

Lydford, England : Distance Travelled = ?? miles

Hello!
I had a great time at Sidmouth, but we couldn't stay forever and we left to drive to north Devon. We stayed in a wonderful B&B in the middle of nowhere to dry out from the mud (luckily I'd stayed inside most of the week, so that I didn't have to dry my fur out, but my family was quite soggy! We spent a wonderful day walking at Lydford Gorge. You'd miss the gorge from the road because it's cut very deep in the earth, but it's fabulous! I was very relieved to see the sign about dogs being kept on a lead, small bears like me need to be careful with big dogs! (I've seen Treacles adventures and he seems to get into trouble all the time!) At one end of the gorge is the white lady waterfall, which was beautiful and at the other end was the Devils Cauldron, which was amazing! Inbetween the river winds through all sorts of different areas, you'll just have to go ad see it for yourself, it was brilliant!
Another update to my tour of the Southwest very soon!

Bideford, England : Distance Travelled = 66,193 miles

Hello!
We've now made it to North Devon and up to Bideford. This is the Bideford Folk Week and it's been brilliant! The weather has been much better, some rain in the night, but I've been able to come out of the van without fear of getting wet! You can see me in the picture all ready, with my lovely head torch, lanyard and wristband! What more could a bear want? I got to go and see some morris dancing, which I thought was totally amazing. I definitely want to be a morris bear! Maybe I can get some bells of my own! I just need to meet someone who will teach me! Anyway, more from my adventure very soon!

Bideford, England : Distance Travelled = 66,193 miles

Hello!
I managed to find a friend at the wonderful Bideford Folk Festival. A cat called Garfield, he's an old hand at festivals and even has his own his vis jacket and morris bells. I helped him on the door and then enjoyed the concert with him. We had such fun talking about travelling in campervans Brilliant! Anyway, that's all from Bideford, a new adventure and a new country soon, hurrah!
