I've gone to Banbury Cross! I wanted to see if I could meet the fine lady upon a white horse and see if she really had music wherever she goes! Banbury Cross is really a cross on a cross roads and a very busy one too! Lots of cars. One story says that this is all about Queen Elizabeth the First, but another story says that it's about Lady Katherine Banbury who had a white horse and lots of beautiful rings and her velvet saddle cloth was trimmed with bells. I think I'll vote for Lady Katherine, she sounded nice! :) It would have been nice to have seen a real white horse, but it was a very fine statue! A new adventure soon I hope!
