Istanbul, Turkey: Distance Travelled = 65,618 miles
Hello everybody!
I've made the long trip to Turkey and I'm in Istanbul, which was called Constantinople. It was a long journey with Turkish Airlines and we stopped to rest at the Armada Hotel. You could see the Blue Mosque from the roof of the hotel, fantastic! It was a bit wet though, so I had to sit on a plastic bag! I also visited the Topkapi Palace with its amazing gardens. I had to sit there for a bit, it was a very long day full of walking. More soon!

Dardanelles, Turkey: Distance Travelled = 65,633 miles
Evening!
There is a ferry that travels up the narrow straight that connects the Aegean Sea to the Sea of Marmara. It was a lovely journey, 61 kilometers long and the water does something very strange. It flows in both directions at once, the top of the water flows in the opposite direction to the water on the bottom. I stayed very close to life bouys, knowing my luck I'd need it! Luckily I didn't fall in the water and managed to get some very relaxing sun bathing in. More soon!

Evening!
We went to Troy, it was so cool!! There was a huge horse there, but it was so huge that we couldn't get a photograph with me and him! This is where the Trojan horse came from, he was a gift from the Greeks to the people of Troy, but he wasn't really a gift, he was filled with soldiers and there was lots of death and slaughtering, bleurch! Then we went to Pergamon and found a statue of an Roman Dude. I did wonder what on earth he had underneath his frock, especially as he was headless, but I couldn't really see anything. It was another really long day, so I was relieved to get into my bed in the hotel room! More soon!

Hierapolis, Turkey: Distance Travelled = 66,018 miles
Hello!
I'm having such a wonderful time in Turkey! We've travelled down to Pumakkale and visited the thermal pools there. I was very careful not to fall in though, I didn't really want to get into trouble. Also here are the amazing salt terraces, the trabertines. Then we went to Hierapolis and saw the amphitheatre. I sat waiting to see a show, but none started. It was an awesome view. There is so much history around here, Hierapolis is a UNESCO world heritage site and the hot springs and spa have been here since the 2nd Century BCE, that's a really, really long time! I'm nearly the end of my adventure here, but it's been amazing and quite tiring too!

Physkos, Turkey: Distance Travelled = 66,110 miles
Hello!
Well, I've reached the end of my mammoth trip through Turkey. We travelled 1550 kilometers by coach, that was quite tiring! I'm now at the HPB development and it's wonderful, nestled on the coast next to wonderful mountains for walking in. The beach looks quite amazing, so I'm off down to go and take in a bit of sun after my exhausting trip here! I've had a wonderful time with my travelling companions and I hope I can go away again with them in the future! Thank you for taking care of me!

Stansted, England: Distance Travelled = 67,829 miles
Hello,
I've made it back to the UK again and before heading out on my next adventure I thought I should update my blog. I've been blogging and updating quite a lot, so I thought I'd try my paw at updating on my own with no help. Sigh. I should have known better though, of course I got into a lot of trouble and had to be rescued.....

Porto, Portugal: Distance Travelled = 68,679 miles
Afternoon,
I've just been on a whirlwind trip to Porto in Portugal. It was a very early start as you can imagine! I had to go to the top of a hotel, but I had no idea how I was going to get up to the top of the building. It can be very difficult with such short legs to get to the top of tall hotels. Luckily, I found a handy bag with an owner that seemed to be going in the same direction as me. So I hopped in and low and behold, before I knew it I was at the top of the hotel looking out on the wonderful view! It was a bit cloudy, but a nice view anyway! Another adventure soon!
